Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2026

These terms govern the relationship between Diamond Web Dev ("we", "us") and any client or visitor ("you") who engages our services or uses this website. By contacting us or commissioning work, you agree to these terms.

1. Our services

Diamond Web Dev provides custom web design and development services including, but not limited to: website design, front-end and back-end development, performance optimisation, SEO, and ongoing support. The exact scope of any project will be agreed in writing before work begins.

2. Quotes and payments

  • All quotes are provided in writing and are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
  • A 50% deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due on project completion before final files or live deployment are handed over.
  • Invoices are payable within 14 days. Late payments may incur interest in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998.
  • Any work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately and requires your written approval before proceeding.

3. Your responsibilities

To allow us to deliver your project effectively, you agree to:

  • Provide all required content, images, copy, and access credentials in a timely manner
  • Ensure any content you supply does not infringe third-party copyright or other rights
  • Respond to feedback requests and sign-off requests within a reasonable timeframe to avoid project delays

4. Intellectual property

All design and code produced by Diamond Web Dev remains our intellectual property until final payment is received in full. Upon receipt of full payment, all rights to the completed work transfer to you.

We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing before the project begins.

5. Revisions

The number of included revision rounds will be specified in your project quote. Revisions are changes to the existing agreed design or functionality — they do not include new features or significant changes to scope, which will be quoted separately.

6. Cancellations

If you cancel a project after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable. If work completed exceeds the value of the deposit at the point of cancellation, an invoice will be issued for the additional work completed to that date.

7. Limitation of liability

Diamond Web Dev will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of revenue, or loss of data arising from the use of a delivered website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the total amount paid by you for the specific project in question.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Questions
